  The worst. I didn't even get past a one consult phone call before realizing I have no interest in doing business with this company. That is, after the sales rep finally responded to a phone message, with an email, about a week (or more) later. I am planning on wiring and installing a brand new system in a very large school, with phones in every room of 3 different buildings. This would have been a pretty big account which I am now happy to give to another company with better customer service, and people who actually seem interested in getting our business.
