  I called them on Tuesday to see if they had water and batteries. Someone answered the phone and after I asked, she told me she didn't have time to check, that if I wanted to know, I had to come into the store, and that she didn't have time to talk to me because she had a line of people, and then hung up on me. Traffic was awful and no one had water which is why I called first. I was already on the road, I just wanted to know if they had the supplies I needed, and if not, to try elsewhere. I was not rude, I merely asked if they had water and batteries. I understand she was probably frustrated and stressed, but she wasn't the only one and I didn't take my issues out on her. I was so shocked by her attitude. I will never shop there again. Neither will my father, who heard the conversation (speakerphone). So much for being the "the place with the helpful hardware folks".
