They promised to correct it, but no one was ever available for installation. Years went by. I loved a carpet that I saw there. I spoke with the salesman and told him that we wanted carpet installed before moving into our new home. They bad one month to schedule it. On the day that we had scheduled it, I got a call. They couldn't get anyone to our house. NEVER AGAIN!
