  The manager very rude, I had a gift card from the place ($80), it didn't can so I explained that she need it to type the numbers, she said that they don't do that, I told her that a few weeks ago ,same thing happened and it was solve by typing #s ,she had the nerve to tell me that I was lying. This happened yesterday dec 19. Disrespectful, rude, nasty, no people skills at all, and this lady that came out of a cage is suppose to deal with customers and run a store. They need to learn the system , headquarters told me that my card was good and the store need it to type the number. I am planning on spending my card(another store)and dollar tree is not getting 1 more dollar from me.
