  Dustin was professional polite and took his time talking with my 11 year old son to get the bed he wanted in my price point. He even honored a deal on a better bed when the original bed we picked that showed in stock actually wasn't. he really really takes his time to find the perfect bed for you for a great price. would recommend you go and ask for him.

  I have bought several mattress and spring sets from Mattress Firm both in upstate NY and Florida. They are fantastic. Excellent quality, price and service. My sales person, Jean Aldrich (who often floats from local Brandon, Florida stores) was the best. She took her time explaining all the different kinds of mattresses and the pro and cons, she is very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. I highly recommend her as a sales person.
