  Michalin was extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to correct the inferior service we received at a different location. She emailed and phoned the warehouse which had us scheduled for the delivery of a bed we did not really want for the following morning, and waited on hold for at least an hour to ensure that bed was pulled from the delivery truck. She waived our delivery and even waited in the store after closing for us to return from dinner with our children. Her service was incredible! Thank you Michalin!
