  Been shopping there for years now and always have had a lovely time. Both Frank and Nancy are great--they never push anyone to purchase and are very honest. Just got my fiance a lovely gift, and I can't wait to see her face!

  I wanted to return a ring that I bought from them no more than 2 weeks ago. I was told, after the fact, that because it was a special order, it could not be returned. I was not aware of this policy before I bought the ring. That is a lot of money to spend on something and then have no recourse. This policy should have been up front; not after the fact. Be aware of their return policy before you buy!!!!
