  This Sams club always has long lines and a multibillion-dollar company such as this should have adequate employees working to staff the checkout lines. Although the prices are good be aware of the times that you go . Peak hours in the middle of the day and afternoon can have you online for 30 minutes or more. I shop here for things that I cannot get at other club warehouses that I am a member of as well and make sure that I go early in the morning or late in the afternoon .

  Do not come to this place expecting to be in-and-out quickly! There are always long lines, and the online pick up service doesn't help. There is an obscure kiosk where you have to check in and then wait at a different pick up counter for someone to pull your order. Since no one came by, I had to go to the entry and talk to the person who check my memberhip card. She was great and I really appreciate Her willingness to help me. When I tried to leave, I was told I had to get a printed receipt because the receipt on my phone was not enough, so I then had to go to the member services desk and wait in line get a receipt printed and then wait in yet another line to leave the store. I honestly don't think it would have been any faster if I would have just pick the items out myself. The problem is nobody tells you this workflow ahead of time, and you're just left to figure it out on your own. The employees I interacted with were mostly very helpful especially Leeann. Not sure if I'll use this service again especially on a regular basis. Maybe just for big events.
