  Went in July to switch out 6 lines. Was told by Jimmy the Manager about promotions. Free HBO & $25 off Direct TV for switching to AT&T. We have Direct TV & they are billing us. NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION WILL PICK UP THEIR PHONE!!! I am being overcharged on my AT&T too. We are getting nothing we signed up for! Overcharged and wasting HOURS A DAY ON THE PHONE! No one is able to talk to us at this store and at customer service. AT&T IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! HOURS A DAY BECAUSE OF OVER CHARGING ON THE BILLS. NO ONE WILL CORRECT IN THE SYSTEM. WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE JULY! IT IS NOW OCTOBER and Direct T.V. told us to file complaint. These 2 companies do not communicate and do not work together. Everything runs through AT&T who does not pick up the phone. You are on hold all day long! 1 -3 hours of wasted time! We have full time jobs and are being ripped off!!

  Tom was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was perfect with my iPhone. I will definitely come back to this store specifically for customer service I experienced. I recommend everyone to go and ask for Tom!
