  be aware and dont go to guy name RICO.he will charge extra for everything you buy . bad very bad experience with buying new phone .guy name RICO helped me buying new phone, from the beginning he lied to me , he charged me $20 for the upgrade fee , which I asked him what is that charge?? he said that's T mobile new policy, every new phone purchase T mobile must charge $20 .I asked him if I buy online?? then will be the same ?? he said yes , but when I checked online there is no where to be find that tmobile charge $20 extra with new phone purchase. so I ask him to refund my money his reply was this is how we make money ?? this is business and then he walk off didn't even help me. and all other sales rep were there turn their head around and just ignore me . Be care ful people when you go to that store.
