  This store is great. I guess its been updated this year because i was here a few month ago to now and they completely stripped it out and updated it completely they even have live displays which is a plus. Alex the manager was super friendly and helped me upgrade and make my plan cheapest as i could get it. overall i felt comfortable here and would be going back and skipping the mall traffic.

  This particular store steals from customers, and they do not care. They are like wells Fargo signing up for services they customer never knew about. I unfortunately started service at this location and ported my number over from another wireless carrier. I purchased my own sim card starter pack elsewhere and come to the store to activate it. The plan I wanted tmobile 55 in which I had to have my mom show her I'd. Anyhow the owner or manager coached the new guy into charging me for 2 sim cards that I already had with me. T-Mobile does not charge and activation fee don't let these guys fool you the sim card purchase already includes that. $50 plus tax for 2 sim cards when I already brought and used my own. I looked at the receipt and showed I was charged for 2 sims I never received and was told it was an activation fee. I then complained and he pulled out 2 sims and gives them to me. Tells me go take it back to where you bought it from. Are you kidding me? Not only do lie but you also steal and do it in my face. Moe (manager/possibly owner) says you guys are getting also the first month of tmobile one completely free. I told them I want the 55 tmobile one nothing more to take it off. He had put $20 credit in my account to balance those cost. But kept me on the plan he wanted me to be on. Long story short don't go here you will be sorry.
