  In my sister's words: "It is always a pleasure to talk to the friendly staff in the office, as well as with the tech that comes out to our home. He is always polite, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I like that we can have a conversation, he is good with my cats, he is knowledgeable & informative, and even though he sees all the hiding places I'd never show a friend (cabinets, storage drawers, etc) I never feel uncomfortable. And, most importantly of course, they do a great job. We've seen 110% improvement and are thrilled with the treatments." I agree completely. We've been using them for a year now and have absolutely no complaints. They're friendly, knowledgeable, honest and always on time. Despite being a small business, they're very good about working around your schedule. The price is unmatched in the area - anyone who claims they can meet or beat them is shorting you on service.
