  These people are horrible. I was on hold for over 16 minutes. So that the phone doesn't ring on their end, they don't use the phone "hold" bottom, they simply laid the handle next to their computer; and all you hear is the keyboard noises, the cars by the drive-in. That sure wan't not fun. They don't give a crap!!!!!!!!!!! Walmart has plenty of customers, so who cares? I bet the pharmacist doesn't know what the clerks are doing.
