Did a great job on servicing all 3 of my watches that are over twenty years old each! No reluctance to service them either. They came back to me shining like New! The personnel are Spanish speaking and in the process of learning how to speak English, so a little patience is needed. But their service is awesome! They were the only store willing to repair my watches without argument!
